व्यक्तिगत भिसा प्रमाणीकरणसम्बन्धी सूचना
व्यक्तिगत भिसामा युएई आउने कामदारहरुको कम्पनीहरुमध्ये कतिपयको विश्वसनियता नदेखिएको, कामदारहरु युएई आएपश्चात भिसा, ईमिरेट्स कार्ड लगायत वीमा सम्बन्धी व्यवस्थाको कार्यान्वयनमा कम्पनीहरु जिम्मेवार नभएको, कम्पनीमा काम नै उपलब्ध नभई अन्यत्र कामको खोजी गर्नुपरेको जस्ता विषयहरुमा अत्याधिक रुपमा श्रमिकको गुनासो आएकोले “व्यक्तिगत श्रम स्वीकृतिमा वैदेशिक रोजगारमा जाने कामदारको श्रम स्वीकृति लिने प्रक्रिया सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका 2069” को अधिनमा रही निम्न अवस्थामा यस महावाणिज्यदूतावासबाट व्यक्तिगत भिसा प्रमाणिकरण गरिने बेहोरा सूचित गरिन्छ।
1.श्रमिकले आफू कार्यरत रहेको कम्पनीको लागि भिसा प्रमाणीकरण गराउँदा नाता खुल्ने (आमा, बाबु, छोरा, छोरी, दाजु, भाई, दिदि, बहिनी, पति, पत्नि) आधिकारिक कागजात पेश भएमा।
2.कुनै व्यक्ति आफूले यस अघि काम गरेको कम्पनीमा पुनः काम गर्न आउने भएमा पहिला काम गरेको कम्पनीबाट पाएको रोजगारीको आधारमा प्राप्त गरेको ईमिरेट्स कार्ड लगायतका कागजात पेश भएको आधारमा।
3.कुनै व्यक्तिले इन्टरनेट वा माध्यामबाट आफै रोजगारी खोजी गरी दक्ष काममा आउन चाहेमा व्यक्तिको प्रोफाइल, कम्पनीको प्रोफाइल, व्यक्तिको प्रोफाइलसँग काम मिल्दो भएमा र निजको दक्षता पुष्टि हुने कागजात पेश गरेमा ।
4.युएईको सरकारी निकाय वा यहाँस्थित कूटनीतिक नियोग वा सम्बद्ध पदाधिकारीहरुबाट लिखित रुपमा अनुरोध भई आएमा।
5. युएईको कुनै कम्पनीमा रोजगार गरिरहेको कामदार स्वदेश फर्कनु अघि युएईमा निजले काम गरिसकेको बेहोरा कागजातबाट खुल्न आएमा (घरायसी वा निजी कामदारको रुपमा काम गरिरेको कामदारको हकमा 2024 सेप्टेम्बरसम्मको भिसा हुनुपर्ने)।
व्यक्तिगत भिसा प्रमाणीकरणको लागि आवश्यक विस्तृत प्रक्रिया तथा कागजातहरुको सम्बन्धमा यो लिंकमा जानुहुन अनुरोध छ।

Notice Regarding Attestation of Individual Visas
It has been observed that among the companies who obtain individual visas and get them attested by this Consulate General Office, several have failed to demonstrate reliability, as evidenced by excessive complaints regarding non-compliance with Emirates ID and insurance procedures, as well as failure to provide employment.
Therefore, in accordance with the “Directive on the Process of Obtaining Approval for Foreign Employment for Workers Going for Foreign Employment under Individual Labour Approval, 2069”, the attestation of individual visas by this Consulate General will hereafter be carried out under the following conditions:
- Where the worker submits official documents proving his familial relationship (mother, father, son, daughter, elder brother, younger brother, elder sister, younger sister, husband, wife) for the attestation of visa sponsored by the company in which he is working.
- Where an individual is returning to work for a company with which he had previously been employed, provided they submit documents including the Emirates ID obtained from that prior employment.
- Where an individual, having sought employment through internet and online means, wishes to come for skilled work, provided they submit their professional profile, the company profile, evidence that the job matches the individual's qualifications, and documents substantiating their skill level.
- Where a written request is received from a UAE government body, a diplomatic mission accredited to the UAE, or relevant officials thereof.
- Where a worker currently employed by a company in the UAE returns to their home country, and the submitted documents confirm that they previously worked in the UAE. (For domestic or private workers, the first employment visa should be before September 2024 and the employer should be the same.)
