Document Attestation

For all types of academic certificates and transcripts

1. A completed application form for attestation
2. Original copy of the certificate/transcript (Please note that the certificate/transcript should be attested first by the concerned issuing authority and then by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Department of Consular Affairs of Nepal before coming to the Embassy for attestation.)
3. A copy of the certificate/transcript
4. Attestation fee AED 150.00 per page/stamp (AED 20.00 per page/stamp in case of students enrolled in the schools and universities)

Driving license

1. A completed application form for attestation

2. A copy of the driving license

3. The copy of driving license should be attested first by the concerned issuing authority and then by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Department of Consular Services, Nepal.

Birth/Marriage Certificates

1. A completed application form for attestation
2. Original copy of the certificate (Please note that the certificate issued in Nepali and English should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal before submitting to the Embassy for attestation.). Any vital registration documents should be as per the scheduled published in the Nepal Gazette.
3. Attestation fee AED 150.00 per page/stamp

Other Documents

Please submit the following documents for the attestation of the various certificates likes Police Report, Medical Reports etc. from the Embassy.

1. A completed application form for attestation as follows:
2. Original copy of the certificate (Please note that the certificate issued by the local authorities in Nepal in Nepali and English language should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal)
3. A translated copy of the certificate in English, if the original is in Nepali
4. Original or a copy of the certificates issued in Nepali
5. Attestation fee AED 190.00 per page/stamp

Please note:

1. Please type in the forms clearly or download the forms in the given formats and fill them out as clearly as possible.
2. The Embassy will not take any action over incomplete documents and/or documents not prepared duly as per the instructions.
3. The service hours of the Consulate are from 09:30 am to 2:00 pm (from Monday to Friday)
