Service (Two Party) Agreement: Service agreement between Nepali Manpower Agency and Company in the UAE
Power of Attorney: Copy of the authorization issued by the company in the United Arab Emirates to Nepali Manpower Agency to recruit and supply workers. The license numbers of both the Nepali and UAE Company must be mentioned in the Power of Attorney and it should not be valid for more than two years.Download Sample of power of Attorney
Standard Employment Contract: Employment contract for each job category based on Job Position and Basic Salary between the employer in the UAE and Nepalese worker(s). However, a single Sample Employment Contract can be prepared for various job category or position if the categories of workers have equal salary and other benefits. In such a case, companies may indicate more than one job title in one Sample Employment Contract (for example Waiter/Bartender/Cook/Commis,.etc.). In case of demand of multiple job categories, the basic salary should be mentioned in the demand letter and sample employment contract can be uploaded mentioning all other benefits and conditions.
Standard employment Contract must contain basic salary as sample and information about other benefits such as food, accommodation, medical insurance, workmen’s compensation insurance, working days and hours, transportation, two-way air ticket, visa cost, cost of medical test and Emirates ID, etc. (Attested by related Chamber of Commerce for Private and Semi-Government company/UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Government Company)
Guarantee Letter: Copy of undertaking conforming that the employee(s) will be assigned to work in the company specified in the contract and will not be compelled to work out of the UAE, assuring the demand conditions and the safety and security of workers. Download Sample of Guarantee Letter
Copy of EID of the Sponsor/Owner
Copy of Valid Trade/Commercial License of the Company and the Nepali Manpower Agency
Authentic Quota Paper from the concerned authority showing the job categorywise quota status of the company(if the company is private) and available quota verifying document( if required projection of Nepali Workers for next 6 months)
ID no. and contact no. of Nepali workers working in the company, if any and their Salary Sheet as well as WPS salary payment details as of MOHRE/own system for semi-government and free-zone company
A separate Guarantee letter for companies demanding security guards and drivers
Tenancy Contract/Ejari/Ownership document of the Company
Copy of ID of the Authorized Person (Owner/HR Manager/PRO) of the company or Authorization letter to submit and collect the documents.
Any other document can be required to verify the demand letter and demanded quota like project agreement, contract, Subcontract, attested group of company letter etc.

Note
Please note that all copies of the documents need to be self attested by authorized person to submit the documents.
Demand Letters and Employment Contract need to be attested by the respective Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the UAE.
The UAE Government entities are exempted from the requirement of Chamber attestation.
Companies that are operating under Free Zone need to get those documents attested either by the Chamber of Commerce or by designated Free Zone Authority.
The Consulate General may visit the company and accommodation before the attestation of demand (within 10 days of documents submission), if deemed necessary.

The online demand form should be filled accurately, and documents should be uploaded properly without mismatch with each other.

Based on the Company type/Status, the following additional documents must be uploaded in the Other Documents section of the online portal.
Authentic Quota Paper
Recent quota document from MOHRE UAE showing available quota status for the company
For government, semi-government, free-zone or other zone companies that do not fall under MOHRE, kindly attach a quota letter verifying the company’s status and availability of quota(The Consulate General may ask for next 6 months’ projection of required Nepali worker as and when required )
Must include name, passport number, Emirates ID number, position, salary, joining date and contact numbers
If no Nepali workers are currently employed, upload a letter confirming the same (especially for first-time hiring)
If the Company has Nepali Workers working in the Company, Salary Slips/WPS of bank Transfer Reports (recent months) must be uploaded in the ‘Nepali Workers’ section of the online portal.

Required to upload in the online portal.
A Guarantee Letter must also be attached, confirming proper accommodation for the workers
Guarantee Letter Requirements
For Security Companies: The cost of security training and licensing must be fully borne by the company. Additionally, workers must not be assigned to carry any weapons or arms under any circumstances.
For driver Positions: the cost of driver training and licensing must be fully borne by the company
Visa and Emirates ID fees must be fully borne by the company
A Guarantee Letter should be attached, confirming proper accommodation for workers
No amount of salary should be withheld from the workers as a security deposit. And no deductions will be made from workers’ salaries for those expenses under and circumstances
Copy of ID of the Authorized Person (Owner/HR Manager/PRO) of the company or Authorization letter to submit and collect the documents.
Skill-based basic salary threshold as decided by the Government of Nepal is mandatory.
Any other document can be required to verify the demand letter and demanded quota like project agreement, contract, subcontract, attested copy of group of company letter

The contact details, Emails and Emirates ID of the Owner and Manager should be accurate and be uploaded as required
Additional documents may be requested based on the specific status or nature of the company
The company must ensure all information is complete and valid to avoid delays demand attestation process.
