Notice Regarding the Company Registration

The Consulate General of Nepal in Dubai is starting the service of Demand Attestation soon. All companies located in Dubai and other Northern Emirates hiring Nepali nationals are informed to register in the Consulate General and receive user ID. Please follow the following procedures:

1. Prepare a request letter addressing:

“Consul General,
The Consulate General of Nepal,
Dubai, United Arab Emirates.”

• Letter Should mention: Company’s Name, Address and Contact Details
• Owner’s Name, Email, Contact No., Emirates ID No. 

• Manager’s Name, Email, Contact No., Emirates ID No.
• Login Email ID (Official or as mentioned in trade license)
• Trade License No.
  Company Code/No.
• Registration No.
• Should be signed by the authorized person by the Chamber of Commerce
   

2. Upload pdf copy of trade license, Commercial Register (All pages)

3. Upload pdf copy of Owner’s and Manager’s Emirates ID
4. Please ensure that all the details in your request letter and application are full and correct.
